Physiotherapy

Many conditions are treatable with physiotherapy, ranging from sports injuries and degenerative conditions such as arthritis, to more area-specific aches and pains, such as the neck/back, limbs and joints.

Our well trained Physiotherapists will assess your condition, diagnose the problem and help you understand how to actively manage your pain or injury.

We are experts in the field of exercise therapy and as such, are also important providers of medical care in sporting clubs and sporting events and many other community groups.

What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is the assessment and treatment of the musculoskeletal (muscles, ligaments and bones) system of our body in the event of pain, stiffness and/or loss of function. Our Physiotherapists require a four-year University qualification and many also continuing on to Postgraduate studies in their specific area of interest. We have a vibrant group of Physiotherapists whose goals are to find the best and most practical rehabilitation suited to you. We work closely with our clients offering alternative rehabilitation techniques including Pilates, Dry Needling, and Tailored Gym Programmes.
